The objective of Round the Clock dice game is to be the first player to score from 1 to 12 in order.
No Of Players: 2 or more players
Setup:
2 six-sided dice and a scoresheet (or a marker for each player)
First Turn:
Roll one die to decide. Player rolling highest number goes first. In case of a tie re-roll to decide.
Round the Clock Dice Game Play:
In each turn players roll 2 six-sided dice and then mark their position on the score sheet (or move their marker to their position).
In the first turn players aim to roll a 1. Players can only roll once in each turn. If players have rolled a 1 then they can aim for 2 in next turn. 2 can be either a combination of 1-1 or a 2. If players fail to roll 1 in the first turn then they try to roll it in subsequent turns.
Play continues round-by-round with players trying to roll all the numbers from 1 to 12 in
sequence. Numbers can be the value of one dice or both dice together. For ex, 4 can be achieved by rolling a 4 in either of the two dice, or 1 and 3 for two dice, or 2 and 2 for two dice.
The first player to go “Round the Clock” – roll all the numbers from 1 to 12 in order – wins the
game.
