Other Names:

Ship of Fools, Gary’s Dice Game, Clickety Clack, 6-5-4, Destroyer

No Of Players:

2 or more players

Game Play:

Players take turn to roll dice up to a maximum of 3 times. After each roll they can set aside one or more dice to make up for 6-5-4 sequence.

6, 5, 4 must be played in sequence and can be scored in one or more rolls. Players can stop any time if they have already score 6, 5 and 4 before 3 rolls.

Examples:

  • Example 1: If player rolls 6, 3, 3, 2, 4 then he/she can only set aside 6 and not 4 since 4 can only be set aside if 5 has already been set aside.

  • Example 2: If player rolls 6, 5, 3, 2, 1 then he/she can set aside 6 and 5.

  • Example 3: If player rolls 5, 5, 3, 2, 1 and 6 has not yet been set aside in previous rolls then player can not set aside any dice and must re-roll all dice (if not already rolled up to 3 times).

  • Example 4: If player rolls 6, 5, 3, 2, 4 then he/she can set aside 6, 5 and 4 and also re-roll remaining dice to score maximum if not already rolled up to 3 times.

Once players have completed rolling dice and have scored 6, 5 and 4 then total of remaining dice is their score. The player with highest score is the winner for that round. If more than one players are on the same score then they share the winnings. In a 2 player game, it can be considered as tied.

If players fail to score 6, 5 and 4 in sequence in 3 rolls then their turn score is zero.
